- Excessive rounding of the upper back (T spine) and shoulders are slumped forward.
- Will normally create and over the top swing plane due to lack of upper body thoracic spine rotation during the swing.
- Common cause is upper crossed syndrome – Tight Pectorals, tight upper trapezius and levator scapula, tight lats. Weak Serratus anterior, weak deep neck flexors and lower trapezius.
