- Hips and spine straighten up and move forward towards the ball too early in the swing. Can occur in backswing or downswing.
- Pelvis moves towards the ball and spine extends upward.
- Common cause is limited hip internal rotation (both hips) not allowing the body to rotate around during the back & down swing.
- Must have ability to stabilize the pelvis with good glute and core strength.
- Must have ability to separate upper and lower body during downswing.
