Flat Shoulder Plane

  • —Part of a loss of posture swing fault.
  • —Shoulders move on a horizontal plane during the swing instead of around the spine angle at setup.
  • —Shoulders point forward of the ball or almost flat at the horizon.

  • —Common cause is lack of extension in the T Spine, lack of flexibility in the Lats and shoulders.
  • —Inability to separate lower body to lead the swing.
