S Posture

  • —Excessive arch in the lower back (Anterior pelvis tilt) at setup placing stress on lower back and inhibits full contraction of the abdominals during the swing.
  • —Will create a loss of posture during the swing with lack of abdominal stabilization.
  • —Common cause is lower crossed syndrome – Tight hip flexors, tight lower back, weak abs and weak glutes.
