Advanced Golf Performance offers group golf fitness classes designed to improve your golf game & overall physical health.
This Class will do the follwing:
* Increase your Shot Distance
* Increase your Speed & Strength
* Increase your Mobility and Flexibility
* Improve your Stability and Balance
Be prepared to throw medicine balls, swing sledge hammers, climb stairs with kettlebells, crush your core, stretch like never before and play better golf.
Become a member for only $100 per month which includes up to 8-10 training sessions per month.
Class is held every Monday and Wednesday morning from 7:30 – 8:30am.
The class is lead by Tom Lowrie - Certified Personal Trainer, TPI certified in Fitness, Biomechanics, Junior Coaching & Swing coaching.
